On June 20, 2011 the "Consumer Product Safety Act" came into force in Canada. Among the regulations that come under the "Consumer Product Safety Act," and are now effective is the new “Toys Regulation SOR/2011-17”. The new legislative references, do not introduce substantial changes compared to current requirements of the Canadian law for safety requirements of toys. |
